About the event
Mill Street on the Fly at Clint’s Comedy Club

Mill Street on the Fly is a powerful solo storytelling theatre piece, written and performed by Clint Warren, and will be staged at the newly reopened Clint’s Comedy Club in Overland Park, Kansas.
Set against the backdrop of a neighborhood’s annual Labor Day baseball game, the show follows the coming-of-age journey of an eleven-year-old boy growing up on Mill Street. While kids played baseball daily throughout the summer, it was the big game—watched by the entire neighborhood—that marked the season’s emotional climax. Through vivid storytelling, Clint Warren introduces audiences to the colorful residents of Mill Street and transports them back to 1969, a pivotal year in American history, seen through the eyes of a young boy discovering his place in the world.
